Judit Law

Head of Advice

Judit is our Head of Advice and Professional Standards and is responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of our advice documents. Judit has worked in the financial services industry since 1999.

Judit specialises in the areas of superannuation/retirement income, debt management, estate planning, corporate/trust structures, insurance, aged care and social security. She is an enthusiastic problem solver and her methodical and detail oriented approach is highly valued by clients.

Sky Walker

Chief Investment Officer

Sky is Chief Investment Officer and a member of our Investment Committee.

As CIO Sky’s core responsibilities are following macro-economic and financial market trends, asset allocation guidance, investment research and monitoring, investment execution guidance and group portfolio exposure and risk management systems. Sky has substantially built and enhanced Alder and Partners research process and group exposure reporting systems over an extended period.

Alder and Partners undertakes detailed research on Australian and international companies, property trusts, development companies and loans, interest rate securities including corporate and government bonds as well as listed and unlisted funds that we engage in these sectors. This process includes constant interaction with company management, fund managers and sector specialists via one on one meetings, presentations including company results and investment bank conferences.

Sky’s core strengths are in both bottom up fundamental business analysis and macro-economic analysis, where the vast majority of his time is focused. He leads discussion in meetings with company management and fund managers, at monthly Investment Committee meetings, weekly portfolio meetings and bi-annual asset allocation meetings.

Sky has over 15 years investment experience having been professionally active in financial markets and analysing equities since 2005. He has been employed by Alder and Partners since 2009.

Matthew Bushell

FINANCIAL ADVISER

Matt began his financial services career in 2016 and gained valuable experience working for a financial services firm in Melbourne before relocating to Perth.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT University majoring in Economics and Finance along with a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.

Matt has also completed an additional qualification in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds.

Matt is a Representative of Alder and Partners Pty Ltd.

Steven Tulloch

FINANCIAL ADVISER & DIRECTOR

Steven has been employed in the financial services industry since 2005, commencing his career in stockbroking in Perth. He then spent three years in London working in Fixed Income Derivatives for global investment bank Morgan Stanley where he gained valuable experience and insights into risk management and hedging for some of the largest institutional investors in the world. Working through the Global Financial Crises in one of the epicentres of the world’s financial system provided an invaluable learning experience.

Steven joined our team in January 2013 and is responsible for the provision of strategic and technical advice to clients. Steven specialises in superannuation, investment management, taxation planning and insurance. Steven is a Director and Representative of Alder and Partners Pty Ltd and a member of our Investment Committee.

David Alder

FINANCIAL ADVISER & DIRECTOR

David co-founded Alder and Partners Private Wealth Management in 2010. He is a Director and Representative of Alder and Partners Pty Ltd and a member of our Investment Committee. Continuing the family tradition (sixth generation) of providing financial advisory and investment management services to private clients, not for profit entities, and corporate clients, he has been employed in the Australian securities industry since 2001.

He specialises in the provision of strategic and technical advice, self-managed superannuation as well as portfolio investment management. David has extensive experience in investing, both directly and via unlisted managed funds, in equities, real estate investment trusts, interest rate securities and exchange traded funds.

David was a member of and co-Chaired the Western Australian Anglicare Winter Appeal Committee (2013 – 2023), which raises funds to assist people to cope with the challenges of life and relationships.

He has also been a Councillor with the Art Gallery of WA (AGWA) Foundation (2018 – 2024) whose role it is to raise funds and encourage donations to assist in acquiring works to the State Art Collection. The Foundation also aims to broaden the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of art in the community and assists with the Art Gallery’s education program. David currently sits on the AGWA Investment Sub-Committee and supervises the management of AGWA’s investment portfolio.

David is also an Independent Investment Committee Member (since April 2024) of the Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC) Foundation where he oversees the management of PLC’s investment portfolio.
